We are still waiting on tracking details for Revvi and kxd models, our couriers have again confirmed delivery will be in time for Christmas, the majority of remaining orders will be delivered this coming week, it may be the case that you receive your item before tracking is sorted so please keep and eye out for notifications via either DHL or Parcelforce, the majority of Revvi orders are dispatched using DHL whereas Kxd models would be parcel force

We hope to receive the tracking details for all orders any day now in which case we will update you but as of yet we are still waiting

•If I order today will I receive before Christmas?

Yes, Our current lead time for new orders is 10 days

• Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details will be provided as soon as available once your item has dispatched

• When will my Revvi pre order Arrive?
All remaining Revvi orders are dispatching next week and should all be completed by the 18th of December (updated), New Revvi 18” pre orders (orders placed after November the 1st) will be delivered in January

• When are the KXD 50cc pre orders delivered?
All kxd orders will be delivered in time for Christmas these are now dispatching and we are clearing the backlog from existing pre orders, tracking details will be provided as soon as available

•Do you offer finance or payment plans?
Yes, we offer buy now pay later options via Klarna on our checkout page

•What warranty comes with my order?
All orders come standard with 30 day parts defect warranty, extended terms up to 12 months can also be added to you order on checkout, full details on our warranty can be found on our warranty page.

• how can I contact MotoX1?
due to a high increase in demand and as we prioritize Christmas deliveries and orders our phone lines are temporarily closed, you can email us or message us via our website contact page and we will get back to you within 24 hours, we will also keep publishing updates via this page

Pre orders:

All remaining Revvi orders are confirmed to be completed in the first 2 weeks of December (ALL REVVI MODELS NOW SOLD OUT - new orders = January

in addition, all our 50cc mini dirt bikes (KXD and SMX 50cc) are on schedule to be delivered from the 14th of December (updated from 7th)

as per above, All Revvi pre orders will be completed by the 15th of December

all 50cc models will be completed by the 19th of December (updated)

new orders: our dispatch time for new orders is currently 7 working days

Tracking information will be provided as soon as available so that you can track your delivery

Thanks again for your continued patience, please if we can ask that you take the time to review once you have successfully received your order, we have had a negative response on the reviews recently due to these pre orders and lack of updates, unfortunately there is not much to report on whilst the shipments are being imported, we can only advise updates when we receive ourselves …We too find this really frustrating! Hi Everyone, Please see below latest pre order updates:

kxd / ALL 50cc kids dirt bikes are due to dock on the 7th of December, tracking information will be provided as soon as available to individual customers and we estimate all orders for this model will be delivery completed by the 17th of December at the very latest

Revvi Pre orders:

Revvi 18' models, we are still awaiting docking of this container which is still on schedule to arrive first week of December, Pre orders for this model are dispatching to customers directly from the port and so we estimate all orders for this model will be completed by the 17th of December at the very latest

We have now limited stock orders in order to prioritise all existing orders in time for Christmas

tracking information will be provided as soon as available, we will contact our customers directly with this information

We are still taking pre orders for the Revvi 18” models also which pre sold out for Christmas last month. Again these are due on the next batch early January

Revvi 16 plus models remain in stock but stock is very limited
